About Me

I'm a first-generation college student and the child of immigrants, born and raised in Georgia. Growing up, my curiosity and love for learning often pulled me toward books rather than toys. That habit of exploration and self-motivated discovery has followed me throughout my life.

In high school, I was introduced to programming and computer systems and I immediately became fascinated by the idea of building something from scratch. The ability to create tools, games, and solve problems with computers drew me in.

When I entered college, I initially explored computing through a general lens, but during my first year I was introduced to cybersecurity. I realized how fast-moving, complex, and critical the field was and more importantly, that learning in this space would never stop.

I switched into the Computer Engineering major to deepen my understanding of how computers work at every level and not just how to use or code them, but how they're built, where vulnerabilities emerge from, and how decisions in system design can have long-term consequences for security.

Today, I'm working toward a career in cybersecurity. While I'm still exploring where I'll specialize, whether that be in malware analysis or blue team operations. I'm grounded in a personal value that drives everything I do: the protection of privacy. It's a principle that shapes not only the kind of work I want to do, but the kind of engineer I want to be.
